Szabolcs joined Vámosi-Nagy Ernst & Young Law Office in 2018 bringing his experience gained as partner and property law leader of White & Case LLP’s Budapest practice then as Waberer’s International’s legal and compliance director, in which capacity he was involved in the preparation and execution of Waberer’s IPO. His former clients included a number of private equity and investment funds as well as various multinational companies.
Szabolcs graduated from the Law Faculty of Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, and completed postgraduate law courses in the UK and in the US. He also gained relevant work experience in both London and New York, primarily in corporate and transaction projects.
