dr. Frölich Walid
Walid is an attorney and manager at EY Law Hungary and brought long years of financial sector experience including banking and financial law, capital markets and securities law, bank M&As, insolvency proceedings and restructuring. He has a proven track record of managing the regulatory aspects of government bond issuance procedures, litigated funding and cross border transactions.
Walid gained an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Corvinus University, Budapest, with majors in investment analysis and risk management, while concurrently, he also acquired his law degree from the Law Faculty of Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. He also studied a year at Paris Nanterre University, France, and passed his legal practitioner exam in 2016.
Walid speaks fluent English and French.
